REDCap (Research Electronic Data Capture) is a web-based research survey & data management application that provides secure data capture. This instrument is appropriate for researchers working with health data. FSU offers training, consultations, assistance, and general project management for REDCap.

Office of Human Subjects Protection & IRB

The Office of Human Subjects Protection (OHSP) supports the FSU Institutional Review Board (IRB) and maintains IRB and other human research regulatory records. The OHSP staff provides subject matter expertise and related consults to researchers who are conducting human research-related activities. The OHSP provides guidance on HIPAA-related research as well. 

Clinical Research Resources

The Office for Clinical Research Advancement (OCRA) provides guidance, tools, resources and facilitation to help faculty, staff, and students successfully navigate clinical and human subjects research at FSU and with community healthcare partners. 

Supported in part by the UF-FSU Clinical and Translational Science Award (CTSA), the Network for Clinical Research, Training and Community Engagement (NCRT-CE), provides all levels of investigators with a range of consultative services, resources, and guidance to assist with the design and implementation of clinical and health research protocols.
